Badi starts, “Historically HR is not known for their ability to use in their favour, data analytics, let alone AI. Moreover, combining these two for speeding and fostering training, sounds like a spell right out of a Harry Potter book. Skills such as the ability to use what technology can give us, to then be able to apply it (analytical thinking & creative thinking). We need to be more open to remote hiring, so we can access this kind of talent worldwide.”
